Mick Ryan is an associate in the Orlando Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where he focuses his practice on civil litigation and construction-related disputes. Mr. Ryan provides counsel to contractors, design professionals, developers, and individuals involved in matters concerning defect claims, tort actions, and complex contractual issues. His analytical approach and ability to assess both legal and financial implications allow him to deliver practical solutions for his clients.
Mr. Ryan's experience includes representing clients in construction defect litigation, contract enforcement, and related tort matters. He has drafted dispositive motions, pleadings, and correspondence, performed detailed legal research and analysis of case law, and participated in site inspections, mediations, and hearings. Mr. Ryan regularly communicates with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to ensure each case is approached with precision and efficiency. His background in financial analysis also strengthens his ability to evaluate damages, project costs, and risk exposure in construction and contractual disputes, giving his clients a strategic advantage throughout the litigation process.
In 2022, Mr. Ryan earned his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During law school, he developed a strong foundation in legal writing and research while maintaining a focus on civil and commercial litigation.
Mr. Ryan is admitted to practice law in Florida and is also a licensed Notary Public. In addition to his practice, Mr. Ryan holds Series 7 and Series 63 certifications, reflecting his depth of experience in financial services. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys leadership development, mentoring, and maintaining an active lifestyle shaped by his years as a lifeguard and supervisor in recreation programs
