Mitchell Talaki is an associate in the Grand Rapids office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. As an experienced litigator, Mr. Talaki manages civil dockets through all stages of the legal process. His professional background includes extensive experience in private practice where he defended insurance carriers and corporate clients in complex disputes. He is recognized for his leadership and project management skills, effectively navigating the technicalities of litigation to achieve favorable resolutions.
Before joining QPWB, he served as an associate attorney at numerous Michigan insurance-focused firms. In these roles, he developed a deep understanding of the state's legal landscape, particularly regarding insurance law and tort defense. This legal foundation was further strengthened by serving as a legal extern and intern for the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office in the 14th District, where he gained firsthand insight into courtroom procedures.
His academic credentials include a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration, both earned from the University of Kentucky in 2020. Prior to his graduate studies, he graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Law & Economics.
