Nadine Figueroa is a partner in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She is a highly accomplished trial attorney with over 20 years of experience litigating complex civil matters. Her practice focuses on general liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, negligent security, automobile negligence, and cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic injuries.
Ms. Figueroa has extensive experience in every phase of the litigation lifecycle, from pre-suit investigation through final trial verdict. She is a skilled advocate in the courtroom, with a proven record of conducting jury trials, including performing voir dire, direct and cross-examinations of expert and fact witnesses, and delivering compelling opening and closing arguments. Her technical proficiency extends to drafting complex dispositive motions, researching intricate legal issues, and representing clients in high-stakes mediations and arbitrations.
Throughout her career, Ms. Figueroa has developed significant expertise in reviewing medical records, preparing medical chronologies, and evaluating liability in medical malpractice and bodily injury claims. In 2000, Ms. Figueroa earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to serve a diverse range of clients effectively.
