Ms. Woll represents healthcare providers, facilities, insurers, and corporate clients in complex civil litigation matters. With extensive prior litigation experience focused primarily on defense of healthcare professionals and institutions, her current practice focuses on medical malpractice, personal injury defense, premises liability, product liability, negligent security, and wrongful death claims. She also counsels clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and healthcare-related litigation.
Ms. Woll is a licensed Registered Nurse with over a decade of clinical experience, both at the bedside and in various leadership roles. Her medical expertise is grounded in hands-on work in intensive care, medical-surgical, telemetry, and post-anesthesia units, as well as in healthcare leadership roles in patient safety, infection control, and quality management. She is certified in Patient Safety (CPPS) and Infection Control (CIC).
Leveraging her dual ability in law and medicine, Ms. Woll brings a rare combination of clinical insight and litigation strategy to every case. She has held senior roles as a patient safety program manager and risk management director in both public and private healthcare institutions. Her deep understanding of medical records, standards of care, and hospital operations informs her legal analysis and strengthens her courtroom advocacy.
Ms. Woll earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2003, where she developed a strong foundation in civil litigation with a particular interest in healthcare law. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hunter College, City University of New York, and completed additional clinical training through the Adult Nurse Practitioner program at the College of Mount Saint Vincent.
She is licensed to practice law in Arizona, New York, and in New Jersey (inactive), as well as in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Ms. Woll continues to stay engaged in both the legal and healthcare communities, offering clients a comprehensive approach to litigation and risk mitigation.
