Natalie Woll, RN, BSN, is a partner in the Scottsdale Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Woll represents healthcare providers, facilities, insurers, and corporate clients in complex civil litigation matters, with a focus on medical malpractice defense, personal injury defense, premises liability, product liability, negligent security, and wrongful death claims. Her practice also extends to regulatory compliance, risk management, and healthcare-related litigation.
As a licensed Registered Nurse with over a decade of clinical experience, Ms. Woll brings a depth of medical insight to her practice, grounded in years spent at the bedside and in hospital leadership roles overseeing risk management and patient safety. Before becoming an attorney, she worked as a registered nurse in intensive care, medical-surgical, telemetry, and post-anesthesia units. Her clinical knowledge is complemented by her service in hospital administration, where she led patient safety initiatives, oversaw infection prevention programs, and managed regulatory compliance across large healthcare systems.
Leveraging her combined expertise, Ms. Woll offers a distinctive ability to evaluate both the clinical realities and legal complexities of healthcare-related claims. She has served in various senior legal and healthcare leadership roles, including as a patient safety program manager and as a senior risk management director in public and private hospital systems. Her ability to interpret medical records, assess standards of care, and understand healthcare operations enhances her litigation strategy and supports efficient, informed case resolution.
Ms. Woll earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2003, where she developed a strong foundation in civil litigation with a particular interest in healthcare law. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hunter College, City University of New York, where she completed a clinical training program with an understanding of patient care, healthcare systems, and medical protocols. She also completed additional training at the College of Mount Saint Vincent in its Adult Nurse Practitioner program.
Licensed to practice law in Arizona, Ms. Woll remains active in professional circles related to both law and healthcare.
