Nick Zotti serves as Of Counsel in the New Orleans Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Zotti is a seasoned litigator with a diverse practice focused on commercial and civil defense litigation. From case inception through resolution, he represents clients across a broad range of industries, including insurance, transportation, retail, and financial services. His experience includes defending complex trucking, motor vehicle, and premises liability claims, as well as advising small businesses and partnerships on contract disputes and property-related issues.
With a robust background in commercial contract drafting, Mr. Zotti routinely counsels clients on risk mitigation and litigation strategies. He is particularly well-versed in defending credit unions in class actions and statutory liability matters, and he has successfully represented national and international corporations, insurance carriers, and local businesses in both state and federal courts in Louisiana, Montana, and Washington.
Having first-chair trial experience in Louisiana and Washington State Courts, Mr. Zotti brings a strategic and results-driven approach to every case. He consistently achieves favorable outcomes for his clients in mediations, arbitrations, and at trial.
Mr. Zotti earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2013. Before law school, he obtained a Master of Arts in Political Strategy and Communication with Merit from the University of Kent's Brussels School of International Studies in 2009. In 2008, he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Millsaps College.
Licensed to practice in Louisiana, Washington, and Montana, Mr. Zotti is admitted to the United States District Courts: Eastern District of Louisiana, Middle District of Louisiana, Western District of Louisiana, District of Montana, and the United States Court of Appeals: Ninth and Fifth Circuits.
