Nicole M. Healy is a partner in the West Palm Beach office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.  Ms. Healy represents clients statewide focusing her practice litigating civil matters in professional liability, health care, nursing home defense, employment law, general liability, and appeals.

Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Healy was an associate attorney with an established defense law firm in South Florida where she handled complex litigation for national and regional clients in medical malpractice, general negligence and construction defects.  In addition, she represented plaintiffs in areas of insurance coverage and benefits, bad faith claims, catastrophic injuries, and personal injury.  Before entering private practice, she served as an Assistant State Attorney with the Office of the State Attorney for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida where she managed and tried over 30 jury trials and an excess of 100 bench trials.

Dedicated to making a difference to her practice and supporting the community, Ms. Healy serves as a member of the Board for the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court, West Palm Beach, holding multiple leadership positions. Formerly, Ms. Healy was a board member of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and Palm Beach County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Section. Ms. Healy volunteered as a Certified Guardian Ad Litem and worked as a Certified Legal Intern for the Public Defender in the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida. Her commitment to the community earned her the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award for completing over 150 hours of pro bono legal work. She has also lectured at Florida Metropolitan University on criminal justice. Ms. Healy's achievements have been recognized by her peers and she was selected as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers® from 2016 to 2020.

Ms. Healy is licensed to practice law in Florida and Georgia and is a member of The Florida Bar and State Bar of Georgia.  Additionally, she is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Ms. Healy earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida in 2007 and Bachelor of Arts cum laude from the University of Florida in 2003, graduating with a major in Criminology. While in law school, Ms. Healy was a Dean's List Scholar, awarded for Best Oral Argument in Lawyering Process II, and represented her law school competing throughout the state of Florida as a member of the Mock Trial Team.
