Nicole Sansouci is an associate in the Chicago Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where she focuses her practice on workers' compensation defense. She represents employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in all stages of workers' compensation claims, from initial investigation through settlement and litigation.
Ms. Sansouci's background includes five years as a legal assistant and paralegal at a personal injury law office in Western Massachusetts, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of claim management and client advocacy. She has also worked within QPWB's workers' compensation department, handling case preparation, drafting pleadings, and supporting defense strategies for a diverse range of clients.
Graduating from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Ms. Sansouci earned her Juris Doctor in May 2025. Before law school she attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst to receive a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies in 2022.
