Nittaya Rossomondo is a partner in the Tallahassee Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Rossomondo has more than 15 years of experience representing clients in complex litigation and insurance defense matters, covering a wide range of legal matters such as personal injury, automotive liability, premises liability, and contractual issues.
Previously, Ms. Rossomondo served as the Associate General Counsel for a national insurance carrier, where she played a pivotal role in the defense of the company in first-party property cases. Her responsibilities included drafting pleadings, responding to discovery requests, preparing motions, negotiating settlements, and conducting depositions of Plaintiffs. Additionally, she provided defense for various clients, including corporate representatives and adjusters, in personal injury and premises liability cases.
During her tenure as an Assistant Public Defender at the Office of the Public Defender in Panama City, Ms. Rossomondo demonstrated her commitment to defending clients in felony criminal cases. Her comprehensive defense work encompassed every aspect of criminal proceedings, from probable cause hearings, arraignments, plea negotiations, motion practice, to jury trials. She excelled in managing heavy caseloads and effectively multitasking while prioritizing issues as they arose.
Ms. Rossomondo is an alumna of Florida State University, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2004 and her Bachelor of Science in 2000, majoring in criminology.
She is licensed to practice law in Florida.
