Noelia Rivera is an associate in the Atlanta Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where she focuses her practice on civil litigation and insurance defense matters, including personal injury, estate administration, and premises liability. She represents clients through all phases of litigation, from investigation and discovery through settlement and trial preparation.
Ms. Rivera has experience managing a robust caseload and has played a critical role in securing over $1.3 million in settlement funds through strategic case development and mediation. She routinely conducts and defends depositions, prepares pleadings and motions, and collaborates closely with clients and their families to address legal matters with compassion and precision.
While in law school, Ms. Rivera honed her courtroom and appellate advocacy skills as a competitor in the NBLSA Thurgood Marshall Moot Court Competition. She also gained judicial insight through a clerkship with the Dekalb County State Court. Her academic and extracurricular achievements include winning the 1L Oral Argument and participating in leadership initiatives such as the Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance and the Georgia Latino Law Foundation Leadership Academy.
