Patrick P. Bornstein is a partner and business lawyer at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He represents Fortune 500 companies, privately held companies and individuals in the sale, purchase, financing, and leasing of new and used aircraft and provides advice with respect to aircraft operations and compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations. Prior to joining QPWB, and since 2014, Mr. Bornstein has assisted high-net-worth individuals and entities involving aviation assets and loans in determining the most advantageous ownership structure for integrating aircraft to an existing entity structure; his practice includes assisting clients with federal income tax planning, state sales and use tax planning, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Bornstein works alongside CPAs, attorneys, and internal corporate officers. He regularly works on a variety of legal documents including lease and purchase agreements, entity formation documents, banking, and loan documents. Mr. Bornstein received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in May 2014 and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida in May 2011, graduating with double majors in Political Science and History. While in law school, Mr. Bornstein served as an advanced certified legal intern at the Intimate Partner Violence Assistance Clinic.
