Patrick Walkington is an associate in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Walkington is a versatile litigator who represents individuals, businesses, and insurance carriers across a broad range of civil litigation matters. His practice is primarily focused on first-party property disputes, general liability, automobile negligence, and premises liability.
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Walkington refined his litigation skills in both in-house and private firm environments, managing high-volume caseloads from inception through trial preparation. He has extensive experience drafting and arguing complex pleadings and motions, defending depositions, and collaborating with experts and adjusters to resolve first-party property and casualty claims. Earlier in his career, he represented employees in workers' compensation matters, where he developed a sharp eye for evaluating medical records and negotiating favorable settlement agreements.

Salter at the Florida Third District Court of Appeal and for the Honorable Peter Lopez at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. Additionally, he gained first-hand insight into the state's legislative process as an intern for the Florida House of Representatives under Former Representative Jeanette Nuñez. During his legal studies, he further diversified his experience by serving as a Certified Legal Intern for Children's Legal Services. These experiences provided him with a unique perspective on judicial decision-making, government agency proceedings, and statutory interpretation that he leverages for his clients today.
Mr. Walkington earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University - Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2016, with a focus on contract law and dependency. During his studies, he served as a certified legal intern for Children's Legal Services. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University in 2013.
