Paul B. Trainor is a partner in the Atlanta office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He is a trial attorney with nearly 10 years of experience focusing his practice on the defense of transportation and commercial vehicles, premises liability and negligent security, general liability, medical malpractice, catastrophic injuries and wrongful death claims. Mr. Trainor has successfully defended over 400 cases in Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, California, Iowa and South Dakota.
Prior to joining QPWB, he was a partner with a full service law firm headquartered in Atlanta and specializing in the areas of insurance defense. He represented numerous large motor carriers, insurance carriers, hospitals, physicians, medical professionals, and multiple Fortune 100 companies. He managed over 10 jury trials and mediated over 300 cases and handled every stage of several appellate matters before the Georgia and South Carolina Court of Appeals.
Mr. Trainor received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Charleston School of Law, South Carolina, in May 2013 and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the College of Charleston in May 2008. While in law school, he served on the editorial board of the Charleston Law Review, was a four-time recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award. Among other academic achievements, Mr. Trainor was also selected to intern for the U.S. District Court of South Carolina.
Mr. Trainor is licensed to practice law in Georgia and South Carolina and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, Georgia Court of Appeals, and Georgia Supreme Court.
