Peter B. Weinmann is an associate in the New York hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Weinmann focuses his practice on civil litigation, administrative law, landlord/tenant disputes, and business and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy, including representing clients in courts-martial, administrative hearings, and civil disputes. His comprehensive legal background also includes drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and advising clients on strategic solutions for their specific needs. 

Before joining QPWB, Mr. Weinmann served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps, where he represented service members in courts-martial and administrative proceedings. He also managed a busy caseload as a public defender, providing legal counsel in criminal matters, and gained experience in landlord/tenant disputes and small claims cases in private practice. His multi-faceted experience across various practice areas positions him as a versatile attorney.  

In 2016, Mr. Weinmann earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School where he was an active member of Brooklyn Law Students for the Public Interest and the Student Criminal Law Society. Recognized for his commitment to service, he received the Public Service Award (Gold). He completed his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science. During his time at Rutgers, he was a leader in several extracurricular activities, including Habitat for Humanity, where he served as Volunteer Coordinator, and the Rutgers University Glee Club, where he contributed as a historian and uniform manager. He also studied comparative politics in Japan, further enriching his global perspective. 

Admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Missouri, Mr. Weinmann brings a multi-jurisdictional perspective to his practice. Conversational in Spanish, he offers his clients bilingual support, ensuring clear communication and effective representation.
