Pierre Craig is an associate in the Miami hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He concentrates his practice on healthcare transactions, advising licensed healthcare professionals, executives, and facilities on regulatory compliance, contract disputes, and strategic business growth. His work includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, such as equity and asset purchase agreements, licensing agreements, employment agreements, supplier agreements, and privacy policies. Mr. Craig counsels clients on expanding their services and practice scope under applicable state and federal laws, with a focus on compliance with the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Telehealth regulations.
Mr. Craig has significant experience guiding clients through complex mergers and acquisitions, from initial deal structuring to final agreement execution. His strategic counsel helps healthcare providers navigate legal requirements while identifying opportunities for operational and service-line growth.
While attending law school, Mr. Craig gained valuable legal experience through judicial internships with the Honorable Judge Robert Mark at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the Honorable Judge Donald Graham at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He also served as a legal intern for the Miami Dolphins and The Beck Group, a commercial construction company based in his hometown of Dallas, Texas. Additionally, he participated in the University of Miami Startup Clinic and the Angel Network Investment Fund, where he advised entrepreneurs and investors on early-stage business matters.
