Rafael G. Prado is an associate at the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. With a wealth of experience in business law, corporate matters, and commercial litigation, Mr. Prado provides exceptional legal counsel to clients seeking expert guidance in complex legal matters.

With a career spanning over two decades, Mr. Prado has established himself as a trusted legal professional in both domestic and international arenas. Previously, he served as a senior associate at an esteemed international law firm where he demonstrated his expertise in drafting domestic and international commercial litigation and arbitration documents while representing clients in administrative and judicial proceedings before government agencies and courts. His exceptional skills and strategic approach have enabled him to excel in antitrust proceedings leading two high-stakes antitrust cases before the Antitrust Commission, ultimately resulting in his clients' exoneration.

Beyond his areas of specialization, Mr. Prado has provided invaluable legal counsel in public law, corporate law, telecommunications, and national and international arbitration He has successfully led administrative proceedings before public authorities and courts, leveraging his extensive knowledge and expertise to achieve positive outcomes for his clients.

In addition to his accomplishments in the courtroom, Mr. Prado's outstanding acumen and dedication to his clients has earned him recognition within the legal industry. Mr. Prado received his Juris Doctor from the Andres Bello Catholic University in Caracas, Venezuela in 1999, his Master of Law from Complutense University of Madrid in 2002 specializing in administrative law, and his Master of Law from the University of Pontificia Comillas Icai-Icade in Madrid, Spain specializing in telecommunications in 2004. In 2006 and 2021, he earned  additional Juris Doctor degrees from Universidad de Sevilla, Spain, and Florida International University College of Law, respectively.

He is licensed to practice law in Florida and Venezuela. He is a member of the American Bar Association, International Bar Association, Hispanic National Bar Association, the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, the Florida Bar International Law Section, the Florida Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, and Miami International Arbitration Society.
