Her diverse practice also encompasses commercial litigation, construction claims, products liability, and labor and employment defense.

Before joining QPWB, Ms. Nicole held several significant positions that contributed to her extensive legal experience. As an attorney and board member, she efficiently managed a wide range of cases, including those involving medical malpractice litigation, commercial disputes, state licensing and regulatory issues, employment matters, and family law issues.

Additionally, Ms. Nicole worked as Of Counsel, both independently and as part of trial teams, defending complex medical malpractice claims at all stages of litigation. Within the realm of pharmaceutical and FDA regulatory actions, Ms. Nicole contributed her expertise as a valuable member of Pfizer's national trial teams drafting motions, including those for removal, fraudulent joinder, summary judgment, and testimony preclusion and synthesizing complex legal issues from medical records, clinical trials, and FDA labeling. Her work extended to preparing experts specializing in cardiovascular and nephrology on a nationwide scale.

Demonstrating her commitment to public service, Ms. Nicole dedicated pro bono efforts to the Rocky Mountain Children's Law Center in Denver, CO, from 2001 to 2008. Her contributions in this capacity underline her dedication to making a positive impact in her community.  The American Bar Association recognized her child advocacy work in both Arizona and Colorado and named her the first recipient of its national Ann Liechty Pro Bono Child Custody Award.

In 1999, Ms. Nicole received her Juris Doctor from Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Prior to that, she earned a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona with majors in Business Management and French.
