Rebecca Wagner is an associate of the Daytona hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., concentrating her practice on first-party and third-party property insurance litigation and motor vehicle accident litigation, including personal injury defense and complex SIU/fraud matters. Ms. Wagner’s legal and insurance background provides her with a unique perspective, enabling her to handle intricate cases with a strategic and informed approach.

As a Michigan native, Ms. Wagner earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy, where she gained practical experience in family and immigration law. Before attending law school, she obtained an adjuster’s license and worked as an insurance claims adjuster for a major insurance company, which further honed her expertise in the insurance industry.

Ms. Wagner is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida and is an active member of the Florida Bar and the American Bar Association.
