Reeba A. Hartley-Belle is a partner in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Hartley-Belle's practice is primarily focused on the defense of first-party property, personal injury, premises liability, negligent security, insurance fraud defense (SIU), product liability, motor vehicle negligence, and wrongful death claims.
At the forefront of her practice, Ms. Hartley-Belle leads the litigation of first-party insurance lawsuits from inception to trial. This encompasses a comprehensive approach, including conducting thorough legal research and investigation on claims and various civil litigation matters. Her extensive background in insurance litigation is deeply rooted in her past roles as an associate for several prominent insurance defense law firms throughout South Florida.
Notably, Ms. Hartley-Belle brings a wealth of experience from her previous role as Associate General Counsel for a national insurance company. In this capacity, she skillfully negotiated, wrote, and executed agreements and contracts, ensuring that legal objectives were met. Her proactive approach included staying abreast of legislative changes that could impact on the company and its affiliates, showcasing her commitment to legal excellence.
In 2014, Ms. Hartley-Belle earned her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School, complementing her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science and Spanish Literature received in May 2010.
