Rene Padron is an associate in the Orlando Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Padron concentrates his practice on construction law, contract disputes, and family law matters, bringing litigation and advocacy experience across multiple practice areas. His background includes representing clients in matters involving breach of contract, construction delays, defects, and liens. 

Before joining QPWB, Mr. Padron worked on construction-related disputes, including Chapter 558 construction defect claims and Chapter 713 lien actions, as well as contract drafting and negotiation. He also gained valuable litigation and government experience handling family law cases on behalf of the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, where he appeared daily in administrative and family court. In addition, his experience includes judicial internships in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, and the Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners where he observed and researched cases involving medical malpractice, insurance, real property and construction defects. 

Mr. Padron's practice is complemented by a commitment to public service. He has assisted low-income clients through pro bono work with Dade Legal Aid, addressing issues in social security benefits, landlord-tenant disputes, and contracts. His international experience further distinguishes his practice, prior to law school, he lived and worked abroad in China and Japan as an English language instructor, honing his ability to communicate across cultures and in multiple languages. 

In 2023, Mr. Padron earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law where he gained hands-on trial and appellate training. He received his Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs, with a minor in Political Science and degree certificates in Asian Studies and Middle Eastern Studies from Florida International University in 2013.  

Admitted to practice law in Florida, Mr. Padron is fluent in English and Spanish, and also possesses professional proficiency in Mandarin (HSK4 Certified), and conversational abilities in Japanese and Italian, allowing him to connect and serve a broad and diverse client base.
