Rheena Lomingkit

Rheena Lomingkit is an associate in the National Products Liability & Toxic Tort Practice Group of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She brings extensive civil litigation and trial experience to her practice. Ms. Lomingkit focuses her practice on general liability, premises liability, automotive liability, labor and employment, civil litigation, intellectual property and internet law, mergers & acquisitions, construction defect, and immigration.

Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Lomingkit served as an associate attorney at California-based defense firms and national practices, where she managed an independent caseload of 40 matters spanning motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, employment, healthcare, and construction defects. She drafted and argued dispositive motions, conducted and defended depositions, and represented clients at mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences. In her previous roles, she also represented corporate clients in complex commercial civil litigation, class actions, mass torts, employment, and public entity matters. Her courtroom experience includes first-chairing and second-chairing multiple jury trials in state and federal court, managing all phases from pretrial hearings through verdict, witness examination, and evidentiary argument.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Lomingkit operated her own law practice focusing on complex immigration matters, handling employment-based petitions, visa compliance, removal defense, and family-based immigration documents. She also served as a judicial law clerk with the United States Department of Justice, conducting federal legal research and assisting with trials and hearings related to torts, federal crimes, and civil cases. During her academic career, she contributed as a research assistant for published legal scholarship and gained practical experience working with the Albany Law Clinic & Justice Center and the New York State Tax Appeals Tribunal.

Ms. Lomingkit earned her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School, where she was distinguished for pro bono service, received a Diversity Academic Merit Scholarship, and participated actively in moot court. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating with honors and special recognition for community outreach efforts.

She is licensed to practice law in California and Wisconsin.
