Robert Dolezal is an associate in the Chicago office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where he handles all phases of civil litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Mr. Dolezal brings hands-on litigation experience across both plaintiff and defense matters. He focuses his practice on civil litigation, real estate litigation, personal injury, contract disputes, and complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Dolezal's professional legal background is characterized by a strong foundation in case strategy and substantive legal drafting. Prior to joining QPWB, he served as a law clerk for a boutique Chicago practice, where he drafted key litigation documents, including interrogatories, requests to produce, subpoenas, motions, and appellate briefs. During this tenure, he conducted extensive legal research and factual analysis to support dispositive motions and successfully assisted in a bench trial involving complex tort claims that resulted in a favorable outcome for the firm's clients.

As a legal intern with the Litigation Lab at DePaul University College of Law, Mr. Dolezal collaborated with trial attorneys on civil and criminal matters. In this role, he evaluated depositions and video evidence, prepared witnesses, argued trial motions, and conducted direct and cross-examinations. Additionally, in his role as a Legal Apprentice with the Croak Community Clinic, he delivered educational presentations to Chicago residents on constitutional rights during law enforcement interactions.

Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Dolezal spent nearly two decades as an educator, coach, and administrator in the Chicago area. He worked as a special education and physical education instructor, supporting individualized education and behavioral plans while ensuring strict regulatory compliance with mental health and privacy standards, including FERPA and HIPAA. He also spent fourteen years as a teacher, coach, and mentor within Chicago Public Schools and local high schools. This extensive background in educational leadership equips him with strong negotiation skills, strategic problem-solving abilities, and a unique perspective on client-facing communication.

Mr. Dolezal earned his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2025, where he graduated with Dean's List honors, served as the Student Board Social Chair, and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award® in Negotiations. He also holds a Master of Arts from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago.

He is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
