Robert J. Weinstein is the Co-Managing Partner of the New Jersey hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. With a venerable career spanning over four decades, Mr. Weinstein brings unparalleled expertise and leadership to the firm, especially in the realm of Workers' Compensation defense. His distinguished career is marked by comprehensive experience in both advocating for and against workers' compensation claims, offering a well-rounded perspective to his clients.

Mr. Weinstein's professional journey includes significant roles at prominent law firms in New Jersey, where he honed his skills in workers' compensation defense. His expertise is not limited to legal practice; he has also demonstrated adeptness in leading teams of attorneys, overseeing case management from initiation to appeal, and conducting performance appraisals and personnel supervision seminars.

Starting his career at the Veterans Administration and then at the Social Security Administration, Mr. Weinstein developed a solid foundation in administrative law, further enhancing his capabilities in handling complex workers' compensation cases. His early work included drafting decisions for Social Security Administration judges and adjudicating claims for the Veterans Administration, laying the groundwork for his subsequent legal achievements.

Weinstein earned his B.A. with Honors from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 1970, followed by his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1973. Since then, he has been a steadfast member of the State Bar of New Jersey and has contributed to the Workers Compensation Section of the State Bar. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for New Jersey.
