Rona E. Smith is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She focuses her practice on civil litigation with an emphasis in general liability and insurance coverage disputes involving automobile negligence, premises liability, nursing home/assisted living facility negligence defense, medical and dental malpractice, negligent security, personal injury defense, and wrongful death matters. She has previously worked in the firm's Default Services and Residential Foreclosure practices.
Ms. Smith received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2003 and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2000.
