Rosemary Robinson is an associate in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.. Ms. Robinson brings extensive experience in personal injury law, with a primary focus on personal injury protection (PIP) and insurance defense. Her practice is centered on managing all stages of insurance defense litigation, including depositions, mediations, and court appearances for both PIP and bodily injury cases.
Ms. Robinson's professional background is defined by over 10 years of negotiation and mediation expertise. She has a proven record of leading complex negotiations and facilitating settlements between parties in personal injury, contract, and employment disputes. In addition to her defense practice, she has served as a freelance mediator for mortgage foreclosure matters and has generated numerous court-mandated mediation reports and settlement agreements.
Beyond her litigation and mediation work, Ms. Robinson has a significant background in advocacy and public speaking. She has served as an advocate for children qualifying for Exceptional Student Education (ESE) services, collaborating with families and school administrators to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEP).
