Ryan J. Glover is an associate in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He focuses his practice on labor and employment law, civil litigation, and first-party property matters. Mr. Glover is an experienced litigator with a diverse background handling complex disputes in both state and federal courts across Florida.
Throughout his career, Mr. Glover has demonstrated leadership in managing high-volume, high-stakes caseloads. His professional journey includes serving as lead counsel on numerous collective and class actions for wage violations, as well as handling wrongful termination cases under various federal and state statutes, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. He has comprehensive experience in all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation and discovery through motion practice, mediation, and trial.
In 2015, Mr. Glover obtained his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Barry University School of Law, where he ranked fifth in his class. During his legal studies, he served as both an Associate and Senior Editor for the Barry Law Review and was recognized as a Dean's Study Fellow. Prior to law school, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Florida State University. His early career also included significant public service as a Felony Assistant Public Defender, where he honed his trial and negotiation skills within the Ninth Judicial Circuit.
Mr. Glover has been admitted pro hac vice to federal courts in Nevada, South Carolina, and Texas for collective action employment litigation.
He is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
