Ryan Rosenblatt is an associate in the Scottsdale office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where he focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense, civil litigation, professional liability, insurance-related matters, and nursing home litigation.
Mr. Rosenblatt brings a strong background in litigation, having served as a summer law clerk with the firm for two years prior to his promotion to attorney. During that time, he developed significant experience analyzing medical records, drafting dispositive motions, and assisting in the development of case strategies in complex medical malpractice matters. He remains actively involved in all phases of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
His background further includes legislative and policy research for members of the United States Congress and legal support roles at national law firms.
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Rosenblatt served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Judge Kevin Wein in the Maricopa County Superior Court, Criminal Division, where he drafted judicial orders and legal memoranda and gained valuable insight into courtroom procedure and judicial decision-making. He also gained appellate experience through his work with the St. Clair County Prosecutor's Office, where he prepared briefs for appellate proceedings.
Mr. Rosenblatt earned his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law in 2025, where he was a member of the Board of Advocates and the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute, further developing his advocacy and trial skills. He received a Jurisprudence Achievement Award and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Law and Political Science. He possesses conversational proficiency in Spanish, which assists him in serving a broad range of clients.
He is licensed to practice in Arizona.
Outside of his practice, Mr. Rosenblatt enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active through team sports, volunteering, listening to music, and spending time with his Goldendoodles.
