With a diverse legal background spanning over a decade, Ms. Harless brings a wealth of experience in various areas of law, including appellate and advanced motions practice, insurance and insurers, bad faith claims, personal injury defense, and construction defects.

Ms. Harless began her legal career as a judicial law clerk with the Mississippi Supreme Court where she served for over seven years. Her practice areas have also extended to legal malpractice, business litigation, debt collection, commercial foreclosure, criminal defense, family law, and estate planning.

In addition to her professional roles, Ms. Harless has demonstrated a commitment to pro bono work, notably through her involvement with the Innocence Project, where she played a pivotal role in the exoneration of a client through post-conviction proceedings. She has also volunteered hundreds of hours representing indigent women in family law matters.
