Sameer F. Mohammad is an associate in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.  He practices in the areas of insurance defense, first party homeowners’ claims, general litigation, automotive liability, product liability, and workers’ compensation defense.

Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Mohammad practiced as an associate at a regional law firm attending over 250 hearings on a variety of matters.

Mr. Mohammad received his Juris Doctor from Florida International University, College of Law in May 2018 and Bachelor of Business Administration magna cum laude from Florida International University, Landon School of Business in December 2014 with majors in management and finance.  He was awarded the Medallion of Distinction for Excellence in Civic Engagement.  While in law school, Mr. Mohammad interned with Florida International University’s Small Business Clinic where he assisted with legal research and drafted agreements and contracts including operating agreements, service agreements and residential lease agreements for clients.  He also served as a judicial intern for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, Miami, Florida and worked as a law clerk at two law firms aiding with cases involving premises liability and negligence under maritime litigation, tax law, and wills, trusts and estate planning issues.

Mr. Mohammad is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida; and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
