Sandro Stojanovic is a partner in the Atlanta office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., focusing in the areas of insurance defense and general liability cases throughout the litigation process from inception of case through discovery, mediation, trial and appeal with emphasis in the representation of defendants in commercial transportation cases including tractor-trailers, ambulances, garbage trucks, towing trucks and any commercial vehicle covered by state and federal regulations. .
Prior to joining QPWB, he was a partner with a full service law firm headquartered in Atlanta and specializing in the areas of insurance defense. He practiced in all of his current areas and served as first and second chair trial attorney representing truck drivers, trucking companies, and insurance companies named under the direct action statue in both Federal and State courts.
Mr. Stojanovic received his Juris Doctor from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School in 2016 and Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Georgia in May 2009.
He is licensed to practice law in Georgia and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, Georgia Court of Appeals, and Georgia Supreme Court.
He serves his community as a mock trial and moot court coach at Atlanta's John Marshall School of Law.
