Ms. Hartig also represents subcontractors and developers in the defense of claims related to construction deficiencies for both residential and commercial construction projects. Her case work specifically involved subrogation, personal injury, and bankruptcy as it related to developer/general contractor clients, and complex class action defense at both the state and federal levels.
