Sarah E. Blazak is a partner in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where she specializes in insurance defense, representing clients in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability claims, construction defects, and personal injury matters.

With over a decade of dedicated service, Ms. Blazak gained extensive insurance litigation skills while working with a national insurance carrier.  During this period, she provided insurance defense representation to both the carrier and its insureds, expertly guiding them through every stage of litigation, including trial. Her multifaceted role encompassed positions as an attorney, managing attorney, and staff counsel. During this tenure, she meticulously prepared and cultivated cases throughout the discovery process, including conducting depositions, mediations, and motions. She successfully managed a substantial caseload of more than 75 pending cases and was responsible for overseeing an office comprised of 13 attorneys and support staff.

Early in her career, Ms. Blazak served as an assistant in the Office of the Public Defender, 9th Judicial Circuit. Here, she represented defendants in both County and Circuit Courts throughout various phases of the criminal trial process. In addition to her courtroom advocacy, she skillfully developed cases in preparation for trial, undertaking depositions and engaging in motion practice. Her caseload management skills shone as she handled more than 150 cases with unwavering dedication.

In 2007, Ms. Blazak earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Albany in 2002, majoring in political science and sociology. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. Beyond her practice, Ms. Blazak has actively served on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee since 2020. Furthermore, she engages in community service as a member of the Dr. P. Phillips YMCA Board. Her dedication to this role is evident as she currently holds the position of Vice-Chair and is to assume the role of Board Chair for the 2024-2026 term. Her involvement reflects her commitment to making a positive impact outside of the courtroom.
