Scott Decker is a partner in the Atlanta Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Decker is a highly experienced immigration attorney with more than two decades of practice advising corporations and individuals on complex U.S. and global immigration matters. His background spans all aspects of employment-based and family-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, compliance strategy, and representation in federal audits and investigations.
Mr. Decker has built a career guiding Fortune 500 companies and multinational organizations through the intricacies of immigration compliance and workforce mobility. He regularly develops corporate immigration policies, manages large-scale visa programs, and represents employers in response to I-9 audits and Department of Labor inquiries. His extensive experience overseeing teams of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff demonstrates his commitment to both operational excellence and client-focused service.
In addition to his corporate practice, Mr. Decker has represented individuals and families before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, combining precision with empathy and cultural awareness. His depth of experience across both business and personal immigration matters allows him to deliver practical, strategic solutions that meet clients' long-term goals.
With a background in political science and public law, Mr. Decker earned his Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School in 2000, where he served as an editor for the Cornell International Law Journal. In 1997, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
