Scott H. Moulton is a partner in the Atlanta office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Moulton has over 20 years of experience in trucking and transportation. He concentrates his practice on the defense of transportation and general casualty litigation. He has  tried multiple jury trials to successful verdicts and has extensive experience directing the investigations of catastrophic and rapid response incidents, investigating driver-fatigue, negligent entrustment, and driver training issues.

Prior to joining QPWB, he was a partner with a full service law firm headquartered in Atlanta and specializing in the areas of insurance defense. His practice focused on diverse matters involving commercial litigation and litigated catastrophic claims with national commercial transportation insurers. Throughout his years of practice, he has acquired firsthand knowledge of the interests and concerns of the insurers and carriers within the industry. Previously, he was an attorney with an AV(TM) rated law firm in St. Louis, Missouri, where he focused on the defense of personal injury, transportation and general liability litigation.

Mr. Moulton served in the United States Army JAG Corps following law school where he acted as a Command Judge Advocate, Special Assistant United States Attorney, and claims attorney for  the Army's South America, Central America and the Caribbean.

Mr. Moulton received his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri in 1999 and Bachelor of Arts in 1996 from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.

He is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Illinois and Missouri.
