Scott Robinson is an associate in the Pensacola Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He focuses his practice on civil litigation, representing clients in matters involving personal injury, premises liability, automobile negligence, construction disputes, employment issues, and general liability claims. Mr. Robinson manages cases from pre-suit investigation through resolution, handling discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and settlement evaluations while collaborating with clients, carriers, experts, and opposing counsel.
Before entering private practice, Mr. Robinson served as a prosecutor in Florida's First Judicial Circuit, where he managed a high-volume caseload and litigated numerous matters through trial. He has first-chair experience in both jury and bench trials, presenting evidence, examining witnesses, and delivering arguments. His background includes drafting and arguing dispositive and pretrial motions, negotiating resolutions, and preparing witnesses and victims for court proceedings.
Mr. Robinson earned his Juris Doctor from Samford University Cumberland School of Law, where he was a member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and a semifinalist in the Donworth Moot Court Competition. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of West Florida in 2019.
