Seth L. Huberman is a partner in the New York Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Huberman has more than two decades of experience across litigation, transactional law, and business advisory services. He advises clients ranging from startups to established enterprises across a broad spectrum of areas, including securities litigation and regulation, title insurance and escrow services, alternative dispute resolution, business financial services, contract disputes, civil litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions.
Mr. Huberman is the Founder of Quaker Title & Escrow, a title agency serving clients across all Florida counties. Through this venture, he has overseen thousands of closings on behalf of buyers, sellers, realtors, builders, developers, lenders, and mortgage brokers. His deep knowledge of real estate transactions, coupled with his litigation experience, enables him to bridge mediation strategies with real-world business needs to complete deals efficiently and with confidence.
In addition to his transactional practice, Mr. Huberman serves as outside general counsel to several small and mid-sized companies. He supports clients in day-to-day operations, corporate governance, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution. His securities law experience is extensive, advising on private placements, IPOs, registration statements, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers, spin-offs, and going-private transactions. His ability to anticipate regulatory concerns and streamline complex deals has made him a trusted advisor to businesses in highly regulated sectors.
Mr. Huberman earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California at Los Angeles, School of Law in 1998. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania in 1995, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics. Earlier in his career, Mr. Huberman built a successful private practice centered on corporate law and financial services.
