Shant R. Sagherian is a partner in the Farmington Hills Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Sagherian concentrates on the defense of liability claims across a wide range of civil litigation areas, including automobile accident defense, Michigan No-Fault (PIP), provider suits, premises liability, UM/UIM claims, coverage litigation, workers' compensation, and insurance fraud investigations. Mr. Sagherian handles complex matters for commercial clients in the retail and restaurant sectors, often involving high-exposure claims and layered liability issues.
Skillfully working cases that tend to be more complicated, Mr. Sagherian does particularly well at handling disputes involving the Michigan Assigned Claims Plan (MACP), where questions of coverage, priority, and fraudulent activity often intersect.
