Sherry Siegfried is an associate in the Pensacola Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Siegfried brings more than two decades of legal and leadership experience from her distinguished career as a Judge Advocate and legal advisor in the United States Navy. She advises and defends clients in complex matters involving employment law, contract disputes, administrative proceedings, and federal litigation. Her practice is rooted in her ability to navigate challenging cases, provide practical solutions, and deliver effective representation at every stage of litigation.

Ms. Siegfried's practice emphasizes employment law, military law, and government investigations. She has represented clients in cases involving workplace misconduct, discrimination, equal employment opportunity, and wrongful termination. Her background includes advising on contract disputes, fiscal law, ethics, and compliance matters, as well as representing clients in administrative proceedings before the Merit Systems Protection Board and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. In addition, she has extensive experience navigating federal investigations and responding to inquiries of congressional and secretarial interest.

Before entering private practice, Ms. Siegfried served as Assistant Counsel at the Naval Education and Training Command, where she advised on thousands of matters involving legislation, regulation, and policy interpretation. She represented the Department of the Navy in administrative and judicial proceedings, including cases in United States district courts, and successfully handled complex employment disputes with national implications.

Her earlier roles in the Navy included serving as Staff Judge Advocate at multiple commands, Executive Officer of the Naval Legal Service Office Central, and Force Judge Advocate at Navy Cyber Forces. In these positions, she managed legal offices across seven states, supervised and mentored more than 50 attorneys and paralegals, and oversaw litigation involving courts-martial, fraud, drug distribution, and nationally publicized criminal cases. She also played key roles in disaster preparedness, emergency management training, and policy development during her service, demonstrating her leadership in both legal and operational contexts

Throughout her military and practice, Ms. Siegfried has been recognized as a natural leader with an ability to mentor, train, and guide legal professionals. She has presented joint training sessions on employment and equal opportunity issues, organized FBI emergency management training for first responders, and regularly taught courses on ethics, military operations law, and information operations. Her extensive experience working with government entities and external agencies allows her to provide clients with effective counsel in matters involving compliance, investigations, and regulatory oversight

In 2003, Ms. Siegfried earned her Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law with a specialty in Admiralty Law. She later completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Administrative and Civil Law at The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School, University of Virginia, in 2013. Her undergraduate studies include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of San Diego.

Ms. Siegfried is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Florida, the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
