Silver L. Kim is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She focuses her practice in the areas of general civil litigation with emphasis on insurance and general liability defense and construction defect including claims of both property damage and personal injury in the representation of general contractors and other industry participants.
Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Kim was an associate attorney with a national law firm in Los Angeles. She focused on general civil litigation, insurance coverage matters and vicarious liability actions where she handled trial preparation, discovery disputes and admissibility of evidence.
Ms. Kim received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in May 2017 and a Bachelor of Art from Wesleyan University, Connecticut in May 2009. While in law school, she served as Digital Media Chair of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society and Vice President of Communications.
Ms. Kim is licensed to practice law in California and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
She serves as a volunteer of the St. Francis Center since December 2017.
