Scott C. Sankey is a partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.  He is a trial attorney focusing in the areas of civil litigation and wrongful death defenses.  His practice includes medical malpractice, products liability, automobile liability defense, insurance coverage disputes, professional negligence, and contract disputes.

Previously, Mr. Sankey was an attorney with the law firm of Restani, Dittmar & Hauser, P.A. in Coral Gables, Florida, where he handled all aspects of defense representation in medical malpractice and general liability cases.

Mr. Sankey received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2001 and a Bachelor of Science with a double major in history and political science from the University of Wisconsin in 1995.

Mr. Sankey is licensed to practice law in Florida and Wisconsin.   He is a member of The Florida Bar and the Trial Lawyers Section and Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar; and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.  Mr. Sankey is also a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and of its Non-Resident Division and the Young Lawyers Division.
