Stacey Bostick is an associate in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Bostick represents a diverse lineup of industry professionals, including architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and licensed real estate brokers and agents. She centers her practice on complex construction defect claims, general liability, professional malpractice defense, and insurance defense matters.
Ms. Bostick handles all phases of the defense litigation lifecycle, from evaluating pre-suit demands through final case resolution. She is highly adept at navigating large-volume dockets and complex, multi-party disputes. Throughout her career, she has managed over 250 concurrent construction defect cases as a dedicated specialist, consistently developing litigation plans to protect her clients' interests. An accomplished advocate in pre-trial practice, Ms. Bostick has conducted more than 150 depositions of plaintiffs and nonparty witnesses, successfully drafted and argued summary judgment motions yielding defense wins, and repeatedly negotiated favorable settlements and strategic, evidence-based case dismissals. Additionally, she has shared her litigation knowledge by training incoming associate attorneys on trial preparation and file management.
In 2019, Ms. Bostick earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. During her legal studies, she competed as a member of the Moot Court team, served as Executive Co-Chair for Alternative Spring Break, and volunteered with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in English, with a minor in Political Science, from Louisiana State University in 2016. While at LSU, she competed as a student-athlete on the Women's Swim Team, earning multiple academic honors.
