Sung "Kyle" Lee is an associate in the Los Angeles Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where his practice spans a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters. He represents clients in business and commercial disputes, contract litigation, corporate transactions, labor and employment, and general liability cases. Additionally, Mr. Lee provides counsel on immigration matters and represents clients in the retail and hospitality sectors. He manages all phases of litigation including discovery, motion practice, mediations, and negotiations.
Mr. Lee has represented clients in court proceedings at both State and Federal levels, advocating successfully in settlement negotiations and arbitrations. He previously served as General Counsel for a technology company, where he managed international contracts, licensing agreements, and corporate compliance. His career also includes experience in immigration and corporate law, where he supported businesses and individuals through entity formation, regulatory filings, and employment-based petitions. He began his practice assisting patent attorneys at a major tech company and served as a judicial law clerk intern for the Superior Court of Santa Clara County.
In 2021, Mr. Lee obtained his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he received a High-Tech Law Certificate with a specialization in Intellectual Property, graduating with honors. Before law school, he received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of California, Irvine, in 2006, providing him with an analytical foundation and a unique perspective that enhances his approach to problem-solving.
Fluent in Korean and licensed to practice in California, Mr. Lee is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He combines technical expertise with cross-cultural insight, making him a trusted advisor.
