For over a decade, Ms. Stanford has served clients across Northwest Florida in a wide range of matters, including foreclosure litigation, divorce and custody proceedings, landlord-tenant disputes, and business contract development. She has represented financial institutions in high-volume foreclosure actions and creditors in complex litigation. She is also trusted counsel to small business owners, offering strategic guidance on business formation, contract review, and negotiations involving multimillion-dollar agreements.
As the previous Contracts Manager at a Fortune 500 company, Ms. Stanford led the drafting and negotiation of intricate technical agreements. Earlier in her career, she served as a staff attorney focused on education and fair housing issues and represented parents and children in dependency and termination of parental rights cases. Her background includes extensive appellate brief writing and research across state and federal statutes, making her a versatile asset in litigation and transactional matters alike.
After completing her Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law at Auburn University, with a major in English and minors in French and Philosophy, Ms. Stanford pursued her Juris Doctor at Cumberland School of Law, Samford University.
Ms. Stanford is licensed to practice in Florida and has previously held license and bar memberships in Alabama and Arizona.
