Suzanne Lodge is an associate in the New York Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Lodge is an accomplished insurance defense attorney with extensive experience handling civil litigation from initial responsive pleadings and intensive discovery through trial and settlement. She focuses her practice on personal injury defense, labor and employment, insurance coverage matters, intellectual property, and complex appeals.
Throughout her legal career, Ms. Lodge has developed strong litigation and case resolution strategies while managing high-volume dockets. She represents insurers and insureds in both State and Federal courts, regularly navigating all phases of a case file. Her experience includes conducting depositions, managing motion practice, and appearing for mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Demonstrating versatile operational leadership, she has also previously directed a specialized legal division, leading a Copyright and Trademark Department during her tenure in private practice.
Complementing her legal practice, Ms. Lodge is a dedicated civic leader and mentor. She has served her community in multiple public roles, including a five-year tenure as a Commissioner for New Castle Recreation & Parks, serving as a District PTA President, and founding numerous local community events and youth programs.
Ms. Lodge earned her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law in 1994. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts, a three-year honors degree in Communications and Public Relations, from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 1991.
She is licensed to practice law in New York and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
