Sydney N. Croft is an associate in the Pittsburgh Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., focusing her practice on commercial litigation, labor and employment, employee benefits compliance, professional liability, and wealth preservation. With a strong foundation in litigation, regulatory compliance, and employee benefits law, Ms. Croft provides counsel to clients on complex litigation matters and regulatory compliance.
Before joining QPWB, Ms. Croft gained diverse experience as a legal intern at two boutique law firms and in the legal department of a national bank. She also served as a law clerk for the City of Pittsburgh's Department of Law, where she worked on municipal legal matters.
Ms. Croft is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, where she has earned multiple certifications, including:

While in law school, Ms. Croft was actively involved in leadership and service, serving as Service Project Coordinator for the Graduate & Professional Student Council and Vice-President of the Corporate Law Society. She was also a member of the First-Generation Society and the Pennsylvania Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. Her academic excellence was recognized with four CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Professional Responsibility, Evidence, Core Competencies, and Sales.
