Terrell K. Anderson is a partner at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., and practices from the firm's Miami Office. He is a civil trial attorney with over 20 years of extensive insurance defense experience, focusing his practice in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, general liability, personal injury protection (PIP) claims, premises liability, automobile negligence, commercial carrier liability, food liability, products liability, construction defect litigation and nursing home litigation.
Mr. Anderson has spent years representing large insurance companies with insurance defense claims and has successfully obtained favorable results through dispositive motions including several final summary judgment motions, voluntary dismissals, mediation conferences and depositions, and negotiated settlements.
A graduate of the University of Miami, in 1995 he received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and in 1998 his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. While attending the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Anderson served as the assistant treasurer of the Student Bar Association. He was also an active member of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. Mr. Anderson obtained a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems in 2001 from the University of Miami. While receiving his double Master's degree from the University of Miami Graduate School, Mr. Anderson was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Epsilon Lambda Graduate Honor Society and the Delta Phi Epsilon Graduate Honor Society.
Upon graduation, Mr. Anderson worked in the area of labor and employment law for the Federation of Public and Private Employees. He then practiced in civil litigation for two years before joining the law firm of Mintzer, Sarowitz, Zeris, Ledva & Meyers in 2004.
Mr. Anderson is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
