Taylor S. Blumenthal is an associate in the Atlanta Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. With a foundation deeply rooted in public service and government operations, Ms. Blumenthal's practice is concentrated on civil litigation, immigration, and labor and employment matters.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Blumenthal served as an attorney in the public defender's office, where she represented indigent clients in felony criminal cases. She managed cases from arrest to resolution, drafted and argued pre-trial motions, negotiated with opposing counsel, and supported senior attorneys in complex criminal trials. Her early career included courtroom advocacy under Georgia's third-year practice act and judicial externship work, giving her hands-on experience in both defense strategy and judicial processes.
Ms. Blumenthal spent several years working within the Georgia General Assembly, where she gained a comprehensive understanding of the legislative process. She held key roles, including Administrative Assistant and Legislative Aide, supporting committee leadership during critical policy debates. She coordinated legislative agendas, managed government communications, and served as a vital liaison between lawmakers, constituents, and agencies, experience that now informs her ability to navigate the legal landscape with strategic insight and political acumen.
While earning her Juris Doctor at Atlanta's John Marshall Law School, Ms. Blumenthal graduated magna cum laude and was recognized as valedictorian of the part-time program. She was a competing member of the school's Mock Trial Team, served on the Law Journal as a staff editor, and received the Judge Harold R. Banke Advocacy Award for excellence in trial advocacy.
With a decade of experience in Georgia's legislative systems, Ms. Blumenthal is licensed to practice law throughout the state.
