Terran C. Winegeart is an associate in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where he dedicates his practice to representing clients in general liability and insurance defense and coverage matters, including premises liability, negligent security, trucking and automobile accident cases, catastrophic injury and in wrongful death actions.
Mr. Winegeart began his legal career with QPWB as a law clerk and has since gained experience handling a wide variety of general liability cases, including negligent security, wrongful death, premises liability, and automotive liability.
Mr. Winegeart earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law in May 2021 and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida in December 2017, majoring in political science and minoring in linguistics.
He is licensed to practice law in Florida.
