Therése T. Schweikert is Senior Counsel in the Nashville hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. With more than two decades of courtroom experience, she focuses her practice on civil litigation and insurance defense, including automobile liability, general negligence, and catastrophic injury claims. Ms. Schweikert brings extensive trial skills and courtroom expertise to bring the desired resolution to personal injury matters.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Schweikert has served as lead trial attorney in more than 50 jury trials and over 1,000 non-binding arbitrations. Her comprehensive litigation background includes managing high-volume caseloads from pre-suit through resolution, conducting expert depositions and cross-examinations, and mentoring litigation teams. Ms. Schweikert has also led teams, overseeing attorneys across multiple jurisdictions to ensure consistent, high-quality client representation. She has served in a senior leadership role as House Counsel Manager for a major national insurance carrier, managing a team of attorneys and led national initiatives aimed at improving litigation efficiency, attorney onboarding.
