Tiffany T. Oshiro is an associate in the Tampa Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., representing clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters including premises liability, negligent security, motor vehicle negligence, general liability, product liability, sports and recreation liability, contract disputes, and insurance defense.
Ms. Oshiro handles all aspects of litigation from case inception through trial, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and jury trials. She works closely with clients and adjusters to develop strategic approaches to complex matters and is experienced in both trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
Before joining QPWB, Ms. Oshiro gained significant courtroom experience in high-volume litigation environments, where she handled numerous jury trials, depositions, and contested hearings. Her background includes representing insurers and their insureds in civil defense matters as well as extensive felony-level litigation experience, which strengthened her trial skills, negotiation strategies, and ability to manage complex caseloads. She also has a longstanding foundation in legal practice from her work in ERISA and civil litigation support, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of case development from investigation through resolution.
In 2018, Ms. Oshiro obtained her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, Tampa campus, and her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of South Florida in 2010.
Licensed to practice law in Florida, Ms. Oshiro is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. She has been recognized as a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers and remains active in her legal community through mock trial coaching and mentorship.
