Tiffany V. Colbert is an associate in the Orlando Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. With over a decade of experience in bodily injury defense, Ms. Colbert focuses her practice on insurance defense, PIP litigation, and general liability defense. She has extensive experience representing clients in high-stakes matters, specifically bodily injury claims and premises liability cases.
Ms. Colbert has represented clients in a wide range of significant matters, including trials, motion hearings, and settlement negotiations. Her background includes serving as a solo practitioner, where she successfully managed over 400 cases and refined her trial skills through more than 40 jury and bench trials. She has handled complex cases involving bodily injury claims, premises liability, and fraudulent insurance disputes, earning recognition for her strategic and results-driven litigation skills. This breadth of courtroom experience enables her to effectively navigate litigation challenges.
In 2001, Ms. Colbert graduated from Stetson University College of Law, where she distinguished herself academically, earning "Book" awards in Trial Advocacy and Sports Law. She served as the President of the Intellectual Property Society and represented Stetson in the American Bar Association House of Delegates. She earned her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, where she led the nationally ranked Mock Trial Team.
Licensed to practice law in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Ms. Colbert brings exceptional litigation skills and a client-focused approach to her practice.
